This is a really crappy picture because I took it with the camera on my phone, and I was laughing really hard, so it's a bit jiggly. Anyway... the giant metal contraption with the blue hose is a donut glazer. You feed trays of donuts through the mouth on the right (outside of the picture), which feeds them through the big box (which heats them up), which pushes them into the tray on the left, where glaze dribbles down on them, then through the bottom of the glazer into the blue hose, which pours it back into the glaze box on the top. It's a nifty closed system that should work really well, since it's about two months old. But we've had the repairman out twice already. *Le sigh*
The giant furry thing sitting in the glaze box is a Halloween spider. I set that little trick up for one of my co-workers, an older woman named Ruth, who has the most infectious old-lady laugh you will ever hear. She came in and walked around for about fifteen minutes setting up donut racks before she even saw the giant donut-wielding spider. Then there were flying donuts. It was epic.
Yes, this is what Wal-Mart pays me to do. Kinda. Sorta. :)
